The World Wide Web is an excellent source from which to get current information, and pertinent news about America. I recently came across a very distressing news article, which I will share with you and my position on the subject matter:
Florida Judge orders Muslims to follow Sharia law!
In Tampa, Florida, a dispute arose over who controls the funds a mosque received in 2008 from an eminent domain proceeding.

Former trustees of the mosque are claiming in court they have the right to the funds. Current mosque leaders are disputing that claim.

The current mosque leaders want the case decided according to secular, Florida civil law, and their attorney has been vigorously arguing the case accordingly.

The former trustees of the mosque want the case decided according to Sharia law.

Here’s the kicker. The judge recently ruled “This case will proceed under Ecclesiastical Islamic law,” (Sharia law), “pursuant to the Qur’an.”

Fellow Americans it is extremely important to understand that the concept of Sharia that is practiced by the Muslims is not found in the Qur’an. The Muslims concept of Sharia is found in Hadith writings created by men who did not believe in the Qur’an or Prophet Muhammad, and are strictly condemned by Allah in the Qur’an. The Qur’anic concept of Sharia is found in the Qur’an Surah 45, Jaasiyah, Ayat 18, “We then appointed you to establish the correct laws (Shari’atim), you (Muhammad) shall follow this (Qur’an) and do not follow the wishes of those (Muslims) who do not know”. It is quite clear here that Allah has ordered and directed the Prophet Muhammad to establish the “correct laws or Shari’atim”, found referenced and detailed in the Qur’an. Now, just what are the “correct laws or Shari’atim? Allah says to the Prophet Muhammad in the Surah Al-Ma’ida, Ayats 43-45, “Why do they ask you to judge among them (Muhammad), when they have the Torah/Law, containing the Hukm Allah (Government of Allah), and they chose to disregard it? They are not believers. We have sent down the Torah/Law, containing guidance and light. Ruling/Governing (Yahkum) in accordance with it were the Jewish/Israelite prophets, as well as the Rabbis and the Priest, as dictated to them in Allah’s scripture (Torah/Law), and as witnessed by them.
Therefore, do not reverence human beings; you shall reverence me instead. And do not trade away my revelations for a cheap price. Those who do not Rule/Govern in accordance with Allah’s revelation are unjust. The Almighty makes clear to anyone who reads this Book what he is talking about, “And we decreed for them in it (Torah/Law) that: the life for the life, the eye for the eye, the nose for the nose, the ear for the ear, the tooth for the tooth, and equivalent injury for any injury. If one forfeits what is due to him as charity, it will atone for his sins. Those who do not Rule/Govern in accordance with Allah’s revelations are the unjust/oppressors”. According then to the Qur’an, (1) The Torah/Law contains the Government (Hukm) of Allah, (2) all the Prophets governed with the Torah/Law, and last (3), if the government is not made with the Torah/Law as mentioned in this Ayat then the people (Muslims) are rejecters and dissolute. We must as an American people and government challenge these Muslims and what they ascribe to Allah, the Qur’an and Prophet Muhammad. The Judge in the case cited above stated that the case will proceed under “Ecclesiastical Islamic law, pursuant to the Qur’an”.

The religion of the Qur’an is not Islam; Islam was introduced after the murder of Prophet Muhammad by his two wives Ayesha and Hafsa in conspiracy with their fathers Abu Bakr and Umar. Allah says over and over in the Qur’an at least ten times what his religion is, in Surah the Romans, Ayat 30, “Therefore, you shall devote yourself (Muhammad) to the religion Haniifaa. Such is the natural instinct placed into the people by Allah. Such creation of Allah will never change. This is the right religion Haniifaa (Qayyim Diin Haniifaa). Imam Suyuti an Arab historian wrote that “The religion with Allah is Al-Hanifiyyah (The Upright Way) rather than that of the Jews/Israelites or the Christians, and those who do good will not go unrewarded”. Imam Suyuti went on to say that Al-Hanifiyyah was changed to Al-Islam in the Qur’an by the Khalifah Uthman.

The American people and government should reject everything that the Muslims say, sense they in fact are not following fabricated Hadiths things condemned by the Allah in the Qur’an; For example Surah Joseph, Ayat 111, “In their history, there is a lesson for those who possess intelligence. This is not fabricated Hadith; this (Qur’an) confirms all previous scriptures, provides the details of everything, and is a beacon and mercy for those who believe”. Then there is Surah Luqman, Ayat 6, “Among the people, there are those (Muslims) who uphold baseless Hadith, and thus divert others from the path of Allah without knowledge, and take it in vain. These have incurred a shameful retribution. And when our revelations are recited to the one of them (Muslims), he turns away in arrogance as if he never heard them, as if his ears are deaf”. In the Surah Al-Zumar, Ayat 23, “Allah has revealed herein the Best Hadith; a book that is consistent, and points out both ways”, and Surah Al-Jatheyah, Ayat 6, “These are Allah’s revelations that we recite to you truthfully. In which Hadith other than Allah and His revelations do they believe? Woe to every fabricator guilty. We must use the truth of the Qur’an to end the threat of these Islamist Muslims, before the traditions of the criminals who high jacked the Qur’an can be acted on in America. These Muslims are using our civil rights and right to religious freedom and expression to bring their camouflaged pagan practices into America to wreak havoc! I recently read about a Muslim woman winning a civil rights complaint because she said that the school where she worked was discriminating against her religion because she could wear a headscarf. Let me tell you something, there is nothing in the Qur’an that orders, suggest, implies, or commands women to cover their heads with anything, nor are they told to wear those outlandish and clownish “Hijaab Ninja outfits”. The American government and Court system must outlaw this form dress immediately and without delay. This Islam should not be given status as a legitimate recognized religion within the United States nor any other freedom loving country, because it is not a revealed religion, it is what it is, corrupted, misguided, indefensible, traditions of ignorant uneducated men, seeking power, fame, and a haraam of women to use and abuse under the cover of law (Qur’an). My final point is this Allah says over and over in the Qur’an that the people of Prophet Muhammad reject the Qur’an, Surah the Cattle, Ayat 66, “Your people have rejected this (Qur’an), even though it is the truth”, Surah Ya Sin, Ayat 7, It has been predetermined that most of them do not believe, Surah Al-Furqan, Ayat 30, “The messenger (Muhammad) said, My Rabb (Lord), my people have deserted this Qur’an, Surah Al-Nahl, Ayat 90-91, “We will deal with the dividers. They accept the Qur’an only partially”. I leave you American Patriots with this last statement from the Qur’an, Surah Al-Kahf, Ayat 6, “You (Muhammad) may blame yourself on account of their response to this narration (Qur’an) and their disbelieving in it; you maybe saddened”. These statements are straight from the Qur’an, do you still want to believe those Muslims, yeah I know, I thought not! The truth stands out clear from falsehood, lies, and error. We must stop the Muslims before it is too late, and we suffer from more unjustifiable criminal attacks like September 11, or worse since they are cursed by Allah in the Qur’an! There is no telling what criminal act the devil is inspiring them commit. May the Almighty continue to Bless America, and may Allah quickly destroy Islam as prophesied in Surah 110 of the Qur’an.
