If I had better marketing, you would know that I am here (oops). The only customers I can provide service for is SPEC customers. LP&L won't allow any of it's customers to have solar or wind, for that matter. Since LP&L is buying all of Xcel's customers in Lubbock, no one in Lubbock will be allowed to have renewable energy. This is why I will most likely have to relocate my main office to a more "green-friendly" city sometime this year.
