The other two absent had called in earlier with absentee notifications but the above 3 were AWOL. Meeting could not be called to order due to lack of quorum. Kae Hentges had to reschedule meeting for later date. I've never attended ANY Lubbock committee/commission/board meeting that had no quorum.
