Apparently Sarah Palin just announced her resignation as Governor of Alaska. (CNN coverage)
Is she gearing up for 2012 Presidential run, getting out ahead of some unknown scandal, or something else entirely?

A… good point guard here’s what she does: she drives through a full court press pro…tecting the ball, keeping her head… up because she needs to keep her eye on the basket and she knows exactly when to pass the ball so that the team can win *gasp* and that is what I’m doing - keeping our eye on the ball that represents sound priorities remember they include energy independence and smaller government *gasp* and national security and freedom and I know when it’s time to pass the ball… for victory.”

Please, dear God, don’t let her be prepping for a presidential run. I know as much about running the country as she does, and that ain’t much!

Sarah Palin has cost Alaska government $300,000 in investigation costs alone into her “slipshod” way of running governor’s office. She will hopefully slip into the past as fast as she slid into loser’s circle last November. Her chances of getting 2012 nomination are as slim as Ron Paul’s were getting republican nomination. Somebody at TalkLubbock even has a signature on their entries,”Palin/Jindal 2012″. Can you imagine a woman/Indian republican ticket in 2012? Obama/Biden would “foam at the mouth” for an opportunity to debate those two jokers.
