Republicans continue to pull election year "Bonehead" stunts. A former state representative took it on "herself" to call 3 Libertarians "crying uncle" and asked them to "drop out" of state house races. One did but other two said "No!". "She" claims that those races are so close that the "winner-take-all" November Texas races could be determined by Libertarians "siphoning" votes from republicans. That's exactly what I hope happens in County Commissioner Precinct One race that would result in John Miller(D) defeating Bill McCay(R) in Lubbock. Local republicans have now resorted to "rally the Christians" against Democrats & Libertarians while us "ticket-splitter republicans" defect to the "anybody but the republican" camp in Lubbock. Such hardcore republicans as Roger Settler and Clif Burnett(me)are now openly saying "Vote against every incumbent republican or any republican period" and that has local republicans "very concerned" as November approaches.
