		<description>I agree with brochure racks. The Lubbock Chamber of Commerce should also be involved in promoting their membership(local businesses). I made that point before city council in my 3 minute presentation and Eddie McBride looked "bumfuzzled" that anyone would suggest such a thing. The government is in "essential services" business and is NOT in the business of promoting "for profit" businesses just because they get "taxes" off those for profit businesses. The whole Visitor's Center concept is another "big government" dumb idea.
